1.   Information We Collect

When you visit the Site, we collect information directly from you or automatically, via automated technologies.

  • Contact information. If you contact us via the webform on our Site, we collect your contact information, including first and last name, email address, telephone number, gender and the state where you are located.

  • Other information. You also have the option of including a message when filling out our contact form. Please do not include sensitive information about you or anyone else in your message.

The Site is not designed for or directed to children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18.

  • In connection with a sale or business transaction. We may sell or purchase assets during the normal course of business. NEXT is based in the United States and processes personal information in the United States. As such, when you use the Site, your personal information may be processed outside of the country or region in which you reside, which may provide weaker protections.

We do not disclose information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
